Refund policy

Please choose carefully as Pumpkin and Coal Handmade Earrings does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

Refund and exchanges will only be given if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied within 14 days from date of purchase. You will have the option to exchange your order with another item of similar value or a full refund excluding postage.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn and unused, with original packaging (where applicable). Items are to be returned to the address supplied in Perth, Western Australia.

Replacement of the product or refund of the initial purchase price will be issues on return of the product/s back to Pumpkin and Coal Handmade Earrings.
